Without metabolism there is no life, without weaving there is no society. Artist family deufert&plischke and Finnish artist Johanna Tuukkanen work together to create transitions from skin to skin, fabric to landscape, body to history. For the performance and exhibition »Stoffwechsel«, they have organically interwoven images, texts, colours and sounds. In this way, living textile landscapes draw their threads from the Finnish island of Hailuoto to the spinnereischwelm.

The workshop will be held in German and English and is aimed at professional performers, dancers and choreographers as well as students of the performing arts.
